Overview We’re looking for an experienced Product Governance Analyst to join our UK Retail team on a fixed-term basis, helping ensure our insurance products remain compliant, customer-focused, and aligned with regulatory standards, particularly under the FCA’s Consumer Duty. What to expect: You will be part of a team of 15 to 20 shift based individuals both operators and engineers and will report into a Production Team Leader. The team will work to safely maintain and operate beverage production lines. Key responsibilities will include: • Use of our SAP based Planned Maintenance System to carry out and record Planned Maintenance activities and findings, • Use of network based systems to carry out and record quality checks ( this requires the use of on screen systems and interrogation of HMI’s together with some visual checks and measurements), • Use our SAP based materials systems to order materials based on plans and use for materials in the production process., • Use of basic root cause analysis tools to identify ,diagnose and escalate equipment and process related failures, • Support shift based and day based Engineering teams to improve line reliability and identify improvement opportunities, • Adherence to Food Safety and Health And Safety Regulations relevant on site and to the wider business and community, • Maintain and improve individual skills and knowledge through the use of core training opportunities provided by the business and through the use of the inhouse Academy System.
