They operate in a 20% direct / 80% channel model, with a strong partner ecosystem and backing from major industry players. 🌟 The Role As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing revenue across enterprise and lower-enterprise clients, managing inbound leads while driving channel relationships. You’ll combine technical know-how with commercial acumen — from giving demos to building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and channel accounts., • Convert inbound leads and develop new business opportunities., • Deliver product demos and articulate technical solutions clearly to stakeholders., • Work closely with partners in a channel-led sales model (80% channel, 20% direct)., • Travel occasionally to client sites to support relationships and close deals., • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success. 🧠 About You • Proven track record in Account Management / Sales within cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or tech., • Strong technical understanding — able to confidently discuss solutions with clients and partners., • Experience managing enterprise or lower-enterprise accounts., • Comfortable with both direct and channel sales environments., • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset. 🌍 The Offer • £50,000 – £60,000 base salary., • Uncapped commission structure – 10% of revenue (OTE typically double base, but no ceiling)., • Hybrid working – 2–3 days per week in modern offices near Farnborough, with travel to client sites as needed., • Backing and support from industry leaders, offering real career progression and exposure.
