About our client Our client has been partnering with fast-growth D2C/E-commerce brands since 2017 to scale profitably through demand generation, creative excellence, and user-centric strategy and tactics. They work end to end across media buying, creative, and lifecycle to move the metrics that matter. Scaling brands is in their DNA. They treat platforms as a means to an end, combining data, platform innovation, tailored creative, and CRO to hit commercial goals. Working for our Client you will work on scaling tier 1 UK D2C brands. If you're passionate about leveraging no fluff strategy and tactics to build the brands of tomorrow, then we want to hear from you. The Role This role combines strategy and execution, working on the Paid Social accounts of some of our client’s most ambitious brands with a combined spend of over £1M per month. You will report directly into the Group Account Director. You will live inside Meta and TikTok, build campaigns and optimise activity daily, and turn data into decisions that unlock the next phase of growth. You will triangulate platform data with GA4, multi-touch or other attribution views, and first-party signals to prove true impact and guide spend. You will brief creative, landing page & media buying tests that reflect the story the data is telling, then iterate with speed and accuracy. You thrive when balancing a roadmapped & planned approach with an agile & speed-focused approach to growth. Monitor account performance continuously and take proactive corrective action to maintain positive momentum Based on the general direction of the account, come up with initiatives aimed to improve and accelerate performance Run structured test plans for optimising bids, budgets, audiences, placements, creative, and LP variants. Translate performance signals into sharp creative briefs, then close the loop with post-launch analysis. Translate post-click data and insights into CRO initiatives across the entire on-site funnel (from lander to checkout) Stay current on developments in the Paid Social space, whether they be feature releases or new approaches to delivering growth through Paid Social channels gaining popularity amongst fellow paid social specialists. Proven ability to lift performance through testing, not just maintenance. Data literacy that goes beyond reading numbers. You can interrogate GA4, reconcile against platform numbers, understand attribution caveats, and make calls with incomplete data. If necessary you can pull and manipulate your own data to add nuance and detail to your insights. ~ Google Sheets fluency, including pivots, lookups, array formulas, and tidy data habits. ~ Strong understanding of how to leverage paid social creative to drive growth. You can explain complexity in plain English. Humble, curious, and quick to ask for help when needed. You prefer a sensible test shipped today over a perfect plan next week. Experience with PPC, CRM, Affiliate Marketing, or other channels common in e-commerce. Competitive salary, £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience. ~25 days of annual leave + bank holidays + an additional day for every year of service upon completing year 1. ~ Voucher of your choice on your birthday ~ EMI share option scheme for UK employees. ~ Hybrid working, flexible hours, and your choice of work gear. ~ Include the problem, your hypothesis, the test design, what changed in performance, and the decisions you made next.
