A global specialty insurance services provider is seeking a Project Manager with specialty insurance experience to lead and deliver key change, growth, and transformation initiatives across a diverse portfolio. You will manage project delivery end-to-end, ensuring clear scope, planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Own and drive projects to successful delivery, managing scope, objectives, and timelines., • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, and budgets., • Assess change impact, readiness, and key stakeholder needs., • Act as central coordinator, communicating transparently with insurance stakeholders and external partners. (claims, underwriting, actuarial teams etc), • Identify, document, and mitigate risks and issues., • Facilitate collaboration across teams and lead meetings/workshops with senior leaders., • Monitor progress, report status, and ensure high-quality documentation aligned to governance standards., • Comply with regulatory conduct rules, promoting integrity and fair treatment of customers. Required Experience & Skills: • Proven track record managing complex business or transformational projects within specialty insurance markets., • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid)., • Excellent stakeholder management, with experience influencing decision-making at senior/executive levels., • Strong organisational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills., • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and manage multiple priorities., • Knowledge of business analysis and data security/privacy in insurance.
