Purple Rocket Recruitment is working exclusively with Voices for Children Limited who is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead one of their children’s residential homes, supporting young people aged 6–18 who have experienced trauma, neglect, and abuse.\n\nAbout the company\n\nAt Voices for Children Limited, they put children first. They are committed to helping every child build resilience, develop trust, and achieve their full potential.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. You will lead and inspire a committed staff team, creating a positive, stable environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported.\n\nThis is a hands-on leadership role requiring flexibility, dedication, and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people.\n\nKey Responsibilities for Registered Manager\n\n * Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing care team\n\n * Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and statutory requirements\n\n * Oversee safeguarding practices and promote a safe, nurturing environment\n\n * Manage care planning to meet each child’s individual needs\n\n * Maintain strong partnerships with external professionals and agencies\n\n * Oversee budgets, staffing, and the overall operation of the home\n\n * Drive continuous improvement and prepare for inspections\n\nAbout You\n\nYou are a confident and compassionate leader with a strong background in residential childcare.
