Job Overview: This is not your average internship. At Chilham Castle, you will be hands-on across multiple departments, gaining real-world exposure to what it takes to operate a luxury heritage property and event venue. Key Areas of Training & Work Experience • Event Planning & Delivery: Assist in the preparation and smooth execution of private events, weddings, and luxury experiences., • Guest Services & Hospitality: Learn and support food & beverage service, guest liaison, and concierge-level customer experience., • House Operations: Understand the precision and care that go into maintaining a 5-star estate., • Administrative Support: Help with scheduling, correspondence, vendor coordination, and day-to-day management tasks., • Property Operations: Support the overall running of the castle, contributing wherever needed.
