Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter will open in 2023. \n Following the success of the Warner Bros. Studio Tours in London and Hollywood, the Worldwide Tours and Retail Destinations division has built on its experience of visitor engagement, exceptional customer service and innovative merchandise to extend its experiential retail business. Combining breath-taking design, exciting interactive elements and exclusive products, Warner Bros. Worldwide Tours and Retail Destinations includes Harry Potter New York (the first Harry Potter flagship store opening in spring 2021); the Platform 9 ¾ Group with shops in central London and Heathrow airport; and Harrypottershop.com, a web store offering the widest collection of Wizarding World ranges. \n \n Role Purpose \n Warner Bros. Discovery are looking for warehouse operatives to join the team in the Radlett, Hertfordshire. Warehouse Operatives will support the warehouse and ecommerce activities, across Warner Bros. Tours & Retail. \n \n Responsibilities \n Stock: \n\n • Receive, check, and accept deliveries to our warehouse, helping to keep records of incoming orders.\n, • Maintain relevant paperwork as orders are dispatched to stores and customers.\n, • Ensure stock is put away and replenished in accordance with company guidelines.\n, • Order picking for each of our businesses. This could include picking orders for stores, or individual customer orders for our ecommerce business.\n, • Packing orders for our online store. This includes making sure the correct products have been selected and sent, adding personalization (where needed), and wrapping purchases to a high standard.\n, • Feeding back any issues with orders or stock levels to colleagues and our Management Team, to make sure a quality service is provided to our customers.\n, • Keeping our warehouse clean, tidy, and organized, and shrinkage to a minimum level.\n, • Delivering stock to our retail outlets using company vehicles (where agreed with the Warehouse Management Team, this could include making deliveries to our London sites).\n\n \n People: \n\n • Participate in daily briefings and be aware of all activity within the department.\n, • Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all visitors and staff.\n, • To take responsibility for own personal development through coaching from line managers.\n, • Carry out any reasonable tasks at the request of the Warehouse Management Team.\n\n \n Administration: \n\n • Avoid loss through the efficient handling of product and packaging.\n, • Perform housekeeping duties, ensuring strict standards are maintained.\n, • Ensure Warehouse work is accurate and up to date.\n, • Support and assist on all stock counts.\n\n \n \n Working Patterns \n\n • Full time roles are scheduled for 40 hours a week, working shifts. This will include working five out of seven days each week, with varying start and finish times.\n, • Part time roles are also available (subject to business needs).\n, • Roles include regular weekend and evening work, particularly at the busiest times of the year.\n, • Flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business.\n\n \n \n Required Skills \n\n • Strong customer service.\n, • Able to work as part of a team with a flexible approach.\n, • Able to prioritise work and use initiative.\n, • Effective, confident communication with colleagues and managers.\n, • PC skills - use of handheld terminals and desktops are integral to these roles.\n, • Able to complete tasks by a deadline.\n, • Reliability - show us how we’ll be able to rely on you at our busiest times of the year.\n, • Strong attention to detail.\n\n \n \n Previous Work Experience, Education or Qualifications \n\n • Previous experience in a similar warehouse or Ecommerce environment.\n, • Previous use of warehouse management systems would be an advantage.\n, • A full clean UK driving license would be an advantage, but is not required.\n\n \n \n \n \n
