You’ll be supporting the head chef, stretching and topping lots of pizza, working the oven and assisting with prep. This role is for 40+hours a week, evenings and weekends as standard though you’ll usually be offered one weekend day off a week. We’re looking for applications from people who love dough and making pizza and want to work for the best. You must have at least a year in a professional pizza kitchen. We have a unique pizza made with a 48 hour cold fermented biga dough. You should be confident in hand-shaping and stretching lots of pizza during service and be responsible for organizing the dough and food prep schedules.
