Main duties and responsibilities · To always deliver a high level of care · Provide person centred care to our clients. . To undertake personal Care tasks as outlined in the Client’s Care Plan. · Ensure that the needs of the clients are met, including social, emotional and physical needs. · Keep accurate records in respect of care given, tasks undertaken. · To maintain good communication and develop effective working relationships with clients and colleagues. · Liaise with agencies and other health professionals when and where necessary. · Adhere to and be aware of all Farmhouse Care policies and procedures.
