Job DescriptionForklift Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker who is available between the hours of 7am and 7pm. The typical shift is from 6am to 2:30pm, with occasional overtime as needed. This position offers the potential for long-term or permanent employment. Attendance and punctuality are crucial, as adherence to a strict attendance policy is required. Responsibilities • Operate order picker (cherry picker), reach truck, and sit-down forklift., • Handle inventory, material handling, picking, loading, and general labor tasks., • Utilize RF scanner for packing, sitdown operations, pallet jack usage, and forklift operations., • Participate in unloading, shipping and receiving, order picking, stand up operations, packaging, reach truck operations, and forklift operations., • Perform heavy lifting, labeling, palletizing, stocking, cycle counts, and picking orders., • Engage in warehouse operation, warehouse distribution, and warehouse environment tasks., • Experience operating order picker (cherry picker), reach truck, and sit-down forklift., • Material handling, picking, loading, general labor, packing, sitdown, pallet jack, unloading, shipping and receiving, order picking, stand up forklift., • Experience in warehouse operations and distribution. Work Environment The work environment is non-climate controlled, requiring steel-toed footwear. The facility is located in Grand Prairie, TX. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Prairie, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
