Job Description Violet Residential Service Agency (VRSA) is a non-medical home care agency serving Maryland. Our mission is to help seniors and individuals remain safely and comfortably in their homes by providing compassionate personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities. We are focused on building strong partnerships within the healthcare community while developing a reliable team of caregivers to support the individuals and families we serve. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Outreach & Staffing Coordinator to support the growth of our agency. This role focuses on developing referral partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations while also assisting with caregiver recruitment and staffing support. This position will require a few days of onsite training to learn agency operations and systems. After the training period, the role may transition to a hybrid schedule with a combination of remote work, outreach activities, and occasional in-person meetings. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Community Outreach • Conduct outreach to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and senior organizations throughout Maryland, • Build relationships with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and facility administrators, • Assist in securing referral partnerships and service agreements with healthcare organizations, • Develop vendor relationships that can generate private-pay clients while Medicaid provider approval is pending, • Send outreach emails and follow-up communications to referral partners, • Schedule and attend occasional in-person meetings with healthcare providers and community partners Caregiver Recruitment & Staffing Support • Assist with recruiting caregivers through job postings and outreach, • Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with prospective caregivers, • Support caregiver onboarding and documentation requirements, • Maintain communication with caregivers regarding availability and staffing needs Administrative Support • Track outreach efforts, partnerships, and recruitment activities in an organized system, • Maintain records of contacts, meetings, and follow-up activities Qualifications: • Experience in healthcare outreach, home care, caregiver staffing, medical administration, or healthcare marketing preferred, • Knowledge of senior services or the home care industry is strongly preferred, • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a growing environment, • Professional demeanor when representing the agency Requirements: • Must reside in Maryland, • Reliable transportation for occasional travel within Maryland for meetings and networking, • Ability to attend initial onsite training before transitioning to a hybrid schedule, • Comfortable working in a growing agency environment and helping build systems and partnerships Compensation • Per diem position, • Weekly pay, • $19 – $24 per hour depending on experience, • Opportunity for pay increases based on performance and agency growth, • Potential performance bonuses for partnerships or referrals developed Schedule • Flexible schedule, • Approximately 10–20 hours per week How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction describing your experience in healthcare outreach, caregiver staffing, or senior services.
