Job Description These are 2nd shift positions. Hours are 3:30pm – 12:00 am, M-F We’re hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join our growing production team. In this role, you’ll assemble, wire, and integrate telecom and power products while working in a collaborative, safety-focused environment. What You’ll Do * Assemble and wire electro-mechanical products using prints, diagrams, and schematics * Build and install control panels, bus structures, breakers, and related components * Mark, tag, and inspect wiring and assemblies for accuracy and quality * Use hand and power tools safely to complete assembly tasks * Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals What We’re Looking For * 2+ years of E/M assembly experience (switchgear, control panels, or related equipment preferred) * Ability to read and interpret complex electrical and mechanical prints * Strong mechanical aptitude and wiring experience * Comfortable using a wide range of hand and power tools * Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow safety standards
