Kelly is partnering with Johnson & Johnson to find a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and scientifically driven Quality Control Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global healthcare leader and contribute to ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across pharmaceutical products. \nThe Quality Control (QC) Analyst conducts and analyzes chemical and physical laboratory tests for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. \nThis role provides technical laboratory expertise to internal customers and lab personnel, while also supporting laboratory improvement initiatives, method validations, stability studies, and equipment qualifications. \n \nShift: : Training for 3 months on 1st shift and then moving into the 2nd or 3rd shift. Rotating schedule. \n1st 6am-4:30p \n2nd 2p-12:30a \n3rd 10p-8:30p \n \nPay: $24.48 \n \nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\n\t • Test and analyze raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products (including chemicals and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) to determine stability, purity, chemical content, and other key characteristics.\n\t, • Follow standardized formulas and experimental procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.\n\t, • Accurately document test results and communicate the status of results to stakeholders.\n\t, • Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and laboratory personnel.\n\t, • Collaborate with internal operations, technical personnel, Johnson & Johnson teams, and contract laboratories as needed.\n\t, • Review peer laboratory data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.\n\t, • Perform and document stability pulls as assigned.\n\t, • Demonstrate proficiency in analytical techniques including:\n\t\n\t\t, • HPLC\n\t\t, • UPLC\n\t\t, • Karl Fischer titration\n\t\t, • UV analysis\n\t\t, • 0–2 years of laboratory experience required.\n\t, • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a science-related field involving wet chemistry and/or laboratory functions preferred, OR\n\t, • Associate degree (two-year technical degree) in a science or laboratory-related field preferred.\n\nPreferred Skills & Competencies:\n\n\n\t, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\t, • Working knowledge of GMP/GLP environments.\n\t, • Excellent documentation and data integrity practices.\n\t Get a complete career fit with Kelly®.
