About Beauté Paris Beauté Paris Med Spa & Wellness is a physician-led boutique practice in West Austin seeking a polished, organized, and hospitality-driven Med Spa Office Manager to support daily operations, guest experience, provider flow, inventory, front desk leadership, and practice performance. This is not an entry-level front desk role. It is for someone who can help manage daily operations, support accountability, protect the client experience, and keep the practice moving with polish and professionalism. Compensation Placement Compensation placement within the range is based primarily on direct med spa, aesthetics, wellness clinic, or closely relevant medical practice management experience. General management experience in unrelated industries is valuable, but it is not counted the same as direct med spa or aesthetics management experience for compensation placement. Managing in an unrelated retail, automotive, restaurant, warehouse, or general service environment may demonstrate leadership, but it does not automatically qualify as med spa management experience. The strongest candidates will have direct experience with med spa operations, aesthetics workflows, wellness practice operations, provider scheduling, front desk leadership, client conversion, treatment room flow, inventory, memberships, retail, client communication, and high-touch service standards. Key Responsibilities • Oversee front desk flow, check-in, check-out, appointment flow, client communication, and follow-up, • Help minimize scheduling gaps, missed calls, missed texts, and missed revenue opportunities, • Support provider flow, room readiness, client arrivals, rebooking, and follow-up communication, • Manage provider schedules, cancellations, rescheduling, and waitlist opportunities, • Track and report on daily and weekly practice KPIs, including booking conversion, room utilization, provider schedule utilization, rebooking, retail attachment, average ticket, client retention, lead follow-up, memberships, packages, and revenue opportunities, • Monitor retail skincare, treatment supplies, medical supplies, and operational inventory, • Support promotional initiatives, client outreach, lead follow-up, and reactivation efforts, • Help train and guide front desk staff on communication, booking standards, client service, and practice procedures, • Maintain a spotless, organized, and elevated environment throughout the practice, • Coordinate between front desk, providers, ownership, and vendors so issues are addressed quickly, • Support client service recovery with maturity, discretion, and good judgment, • Help ensure staff members follow established policies, scripts, service standards, and communication expectations Qualifications • At least 3 years of management, leadership, or senior front office experience preferred, • Direct med spa, aesthetics, wellness clinic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or closely relevant medical practice management experience strongly preferred, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Professional presence and polished demeanor suitable for an elevated client environment, • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once, • Comfortable with scheduling software, client records, POS systems, email, text communication, task management, inventory systems, memberships, packages, and practice KPI tracking, • Able to provide operational oversight without acting as the clinical supervisor, • Able to lead with warmth while maintaining accountability, • Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving ability, • Interest in aesthetics, wellness, client experience, and practice growth Compensation and Benefits Beauté Paris offers a compensation structure designed to reward operational excellence, client experience, schedule performance, team accountability, and practice growth. Estimated total compensation may range from $60,000 to $85,000+ annualized, depending on direct relevant experience, schedule, leadership ability, operational performance, and business results.
