The Registered Nurse provides health assessment, counseling, psychoeducation, and medication management to promote recovery, wellness, and optimal health. The nurse provides at least 80% of services in the community within the framework of core ACT operating principles, professional nursing ethics, and regulatory guidelines. Supportive services include: counseling, support groups, case management, childrens services, referrals for educational/vocational facilities, job preparation and health promotion for women and children. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of the program and the safe dwellings.
