We are seeking a hands-on, detail driven HR Generalist who will provide daily support to the dWELL Recovery Program Director and assist with all aspects of HR. The role will support all human resources activities including recruiting, performance management, employee termination tasks, employee engagement, and the year-end processes, and all other HR duties as assigned. What You Will Do: • Partner with staff and leadership to build an inclusive, supportive, and high-engagement workplace culture., • Manage the full employee lifecycle by leading recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes with a focus on candidate and employee experience., • Ensure HR operations run seamlessly by maintaining compliance, handling sensitive employee matters with discretion, and safeguarding all HR data., • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, time off, and HR processes., • Support performance management, progressive discipline, and year-end review processes, ensuring documentation and communication are clear and consistent., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data., • Assist with benefits administration and leaves of absence, ensuring employees are supported through every stage., • Collaborate with the HR Director on employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations as needed., • Contribute to HR initiatives and projects that strengthen systems, improve processes, and enhance organizational effectiveness. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on manufacturing equipment, including motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and control systems, • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems according to scheduled maintenance programs, • Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs to minimize production downtime, • Replace defective components such as relays, switches, motors, and circuit breakers, • Install new electrical equipment and machinery according to specifications and electrical codes, • Assist with equipment relocations and facility layout modifications, • Upgrade existing electrical systems to improve efficiency and safety, • Run conduit and wire new circuits as needed, 120V/220V/480V Circuits, • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams., • Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment modifications., • Collaborate with the maintenance team, engineers, and production staff to resolve technical issues, • Provide input on equipment reliability and suggest improvements, • Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies, • Ensure all electrical work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations, • Maintain a clean and organized work area, • Participate in safety training and continuous improvement initiatives, • May have to work at 20/30 ft height with the help of a scissor lift., • Familiar with 11KV to 480V Transformer, 480V Distribution System SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Bluesky Daycare Center is currently seeking a passionate and ambitious Educational Director with strong leadership and supervisory skills, to join our team. OUR EDUCATIONAL DIRECTOR WILL: • Understand and implement the current curriculum, ensuring our two daycare locations meet all educational goals., • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and partnerships with teachers and parents., • Conducting formal and informal teacher observations, staff training and supervising staff on child care programs., • Overseeing student assessments., • Conducting staff training., • Manage daily operations, including funding and ensuring all policy and procedures are met., • Supervision of students and staff. EDUCATIONAL DIRECTOR QUALIFICATIONS: • A Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field of study approved by the department, • Must hold a NY State Teaching Certificate Birth-2nd, • Must be Fingerprinted by IdentoGo, • Must have 2 years of teaching experience AND 1-2 years of supervisory experience in an early childhood setting, • Proof of SCR clearance, • Must be willing to undergo BLA Clearance, • Corresponding training certificates We offer benefits after 90days probation • Paid time leave, • Holiday pay, • Discounted Child Care
