Job Description Office Hours: · Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM · No weekends Benefits: · 100% Employer Provided Health Insurance (after 90 days of employment) · Owner Funded Holiday Bonus · Paid Time-Off/Holidays Competencies of our Ideal Candidate: · Demonstrable problem solving skills including recognition of up and down stream ramifications. · Manage by exception in real time or near real time communication with the proper stakeholders · Takes ownership in tasks that come across their desk · Owner focused customer service skills · Curiosity that drives someone to get better Responsibilities: • Communicate with owners in email and phone interactions in a courteous and professional manner, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly., • Work with maintenance team to execute work order system per established protocol, • Data entry of AR receipts in management software · Assist in preparation of monthly board meeting reports · Prepare rental or new resident packages as required · Work with General Manager on special requests, i.e. administrative work, mailings, etc. Qualifications: Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses: · College Degree Required. Language requirements: · Bilingual – Spanish/English Experience/Knowledge/Skills: · Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Detailed oriented and able to multitask. Effective written and verbal communication skills. · Strong Team mentality with the goal of group problem solving. · Multitasker with the ability to get back on task when distractions occur. Computer literacy: · Intermediate command of computer application software is required for the following; Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Experience in maintaining a website is desired Physical Requirements: · Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and work in a sitting position for long periods of time. Extensive use of fingers for typing and visual use of the computer monitor. Communicate, receive and exchange ideas, and information by means of the spoken and written word. Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions. · The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
