Job Description IMTI is seeking a Youth Athletic Trainer to coach youth and adolescent athletes through team training sessions and administer the IMTI Performance Lab Experience. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate, full of energy, and ready to lead, learn, and mentor within a structured, integrated care environment. Compensation: $20 - $40 hourly Responsibilities: Team & Group Training • Lead youth team training sessions (approximately ages 8–18), • Coach speed, agility, strength, and movement fundamentals, • Emphasize technique, safety, and long-term athletic development, • Administer structured performance assessments (training provided), • Assist with movement screens, power, speed, and capacity testing, • Clearly and confidently explain assessment findings to athletes and parents, • Coach effective warm-ups, movement prep, and recovery strategies, • Reinforce posture, deceleration, landing mechanics, and coordination, • Work alongside IMTI therapists and performance staff, • Contribute positively to team culture and help mentor developing coaches, • Follow established IMTI systems, progressions, and coaching standards, • Participate in ongoing internal education and onboarding sessions Qualifications: Required • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on coaching or training experience, • Active certification in good standing (e.g., CPT, CSCS, or equivalent), • Experience working with youth or adolescent athletes, • Strong communication and group-management skills, • Passionate, energetic, and confident leader, • Highly coachable, self-motivated, and team-oriented, • Degree or coursework in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field, • Experience with athletic performance, strength & conditioning, or corrective exercise, • Familiarity with movement screening or performance testing, • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)About Company Integrated Movement Therapy Institute is a sports performance and corrective exercise institute bridging the gap between traditional therapy and athletic development. Job Description Integrated Movement Therapy Institute (IMTI) is seeking a part‑time Massage Therapist to join a collaborative, growth‑oriented team focused on clinical bodywork, pain relief, and performance. We are specifically looking for therapists available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with a consistent part‑time schedule. This position, after a successful probationary period, can transition into a full‑time role for the right therapist.
