No C2C, third-party, or employer-sponsored candidates will be considered.Nature & Scope:Positional OverviewOur client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst VI – Enterprise Observability to support the expansion of Dynatrace as the organization's centralized observability platform.This senior-level role will lead the coordination and onboarding of approximately 800 applications into Dynatrace over the next 6–8 months as part of a major enterprise observability transformation initiative. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the Product Owner, application teams, infrastructure organizations, and engineering stakeholders to ensure scalable, repeatable, and governed onboarding processes across the enterprise.The position combines business systems analysis, Agile delivery coordination, governance, stakeholder management, and platform adoption responsibilities. Candidates with experience supporting observability platforms, enterprise technology rollouts, or large-scale application onboarding initiatives will be particularly successful in this environment.This role is ideal for a senior analyst who thrives in highly collaborative environments and enjoys organizing complex workstreams, removing barriers, and enabling enterprise-wide adoption of strategic technology platforms.Role & Responsibility:Tasks That Will Lead To Your SuccessEnterprise Observability Expansion • Support the organization's enterprise observability strategy through large-scale Dynatrace adoption initiatives., • Coordinate application onboarding efforts across production and non-production environments., • Help expand monitored applications from approximately 50 to 800 enterprise systems., • Partner with platform engineering teams to establish repeatable onboarding processes and delivery models., • Drive enterprise adoption of centralized monitoring, telemetry, and operational visibility standards. Application Onboarding & Adoption Enablement, • Lead onboarding activities for applications integrating with Dynatrace., • Define onboarding scope, success criteria, and telemetry requirements with application teams., • Coordinate intake, prioritization, and onboarding pipelines., • Ensure compliance with enterprise observability standards and criticality requirements., • Promote consistent implementation of metrics, logs, traces, and event instrumentation., • Support adoption of full-stack observability capabilities across technology domains. Agile Delivery & Workstream Coordination, • Organize and manage onboarding backlogs and implementation roadmaps., • Coordinate milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple teams., • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery planning sessions., • Identify risks, blockers, and process bottlenecks and escalate appropriately., • Support scalable onboarding patterns that enable rapid enterprise adoption., • Ensure project timelines and governance milestones remain on track. Governance, Standards & Process Management, • Develop, refine, and maintain onboarding standards, playbooks, and SOPs., • Enforce observability governance requirements and onboarding controls., • Ensure tagging standards, service mappings, and dashboard conventions remain consistent., • Support audit readiness and compliance initiatives., • Promote standardized approaches that reduce operational complexity and improve adoption rates., • Monitor adherence to observability requirements across participating teams. Stakeholder Engagement & Communications, • Act as a liaison between application teams, infrastructure organizations, platform engineers, and leadership., • Translate technical observability initiatives into business outcomes and operational benefits., • Facilitate alignment on onboarding priorities, requirements, and delivery expectations., • Provide executive-level updates regarding progress, risks, dependencies, and value realization., • Coordinate governance forums and leadership communications., • Foster strong relationships across distributed enterprise teams. Reporting, Metrics & Value Measurement, • Track onboarding metrics, adoption progress, and enterprise observability coverage., • Develop reporting dashboards and program health indicators., • Analyze onboarding trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement., • Measure reductions in onboarding cycle time and improvements in process consistency., • Demonstrate value through increased visibility, reliability, and operational performance metrics. Skills & ExperienceQualifications That Will Help You ThriveRequired Experience, • Minimum of 8 years of business systems analysis, systems integration, or technology delivery experience., • Strong project and program coordination capabilities., • Experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives., • Proven ability to organize large-scale onboarding or adoption programs., • Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and governance forums., • Strong backlog management and Agile delivery experience., • Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills., • Strong organizational and time-management skills., • Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams., • Experience creating executive reporting and status communications. Preferred Qualifications, • Experience with observability, monitoring, or APM platforms, including:, • Dynatrace, • AppDynamics, • Splunk, • ELK, • Similar enterprise monitoring technologies, • Knowledge of application architectures, cloud platforms, and infrastructure monitoring concepts., • Familiarity with telemetry principles including:, • Metrics, • Logs, • Traces, • Events, • Experience supporting enterprise technology transformations or large-scale platform rollouts., • Banking or financial services experience., • Understanding of governance, operational risk, and compliance frameworks.
