A typical day may include: • Inspecting plant material and identifying pests, diseases, or other concerns • Selecting and applying the most appropriate treatments to promote plant health • Preparing written diagnostic reports and educating clients about their landscape • Operating spray and application equipment safely and effectively • Working independently to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in protecting and enhancing the natural environment. About You You are passionate about plants, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within the field of plant health care. Business Process Support Understand warehouse operation processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Control, etc.) Support TMS-related dispatch/transportation processes Compile and document requests for process improvements 4. Documentation Create and update system manuals Prepare incident reports and system improvement documentation Manage documentation for standardized operational processes Requirements & Qualifications • Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal) preferred, • Bachelor's degree or higher (IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Logistics-related majors preferred), • 2-5 years of experience operating WMS or TMS or other logistics systems, • Understanding of logistics/warehouse operations systems, • User communication skills, • Experience analyzing system data using SQL is a plus, • Strong sense of ownership and accountability This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
