Job DescriptionLoan Operations Associate Hybrid Onsite Opportunity in Richmond AreaLHH is seeking a Loan Operations Associate on a contract basis to join a dynamic team in the Richmond area, working a hybrid schedule. This position is expected to last through April 2026. In this role, you will support customers’ loan servicing needs and play a pivotal part in enhancing team processes and advancing business goals. This contract position provides a unique opportunity to interact directly with both internal and external customers, ensuring outstanding service and compliance while managing a variety of standard loan servicing activities.Duties • Deliver excellent customer experiences and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, • Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment, • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing loan servicing activities, • Identify and resolve issues efficiently, escalating risks as needed, • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies including BSA/AML, • Process loan payoffs, manage account maintenance, and handle basic customer transactions, • Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining quality standards, • Participate in projects to enhance departmental processes, • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesQualifications, • High school diploma or equivalent required, • At least 1 year of operations or related experience; banking/accounting/finance preferred, • Proficient with MS Office Suite, • Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills, • Highly detail-oriented and able to adapt to change, • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, • Quality-focused and a true team playerWhy Join Us?, • Be part of a supportive and collaborative team, • Opportunities for professional growth and development, • Engage in meaningful work that makes a difference for our customersReady to make an impact?
