Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven professional to support our debt settlement operations. The Settlement Negotiator Liaison works closely with creditors, collection agencies, and attorney offices to assist the negotiation team in securing reduced settlements on delinquent and charged-off accounts on behalf of our clients. Key Responsibilities • Contact creditors, collection agencies, and attorney offices to support settlement negotiations on client accounts, • Build and maintain professional relationships with external parties to facilitate successful settlements, • Calculate acceptable settlement percentages in accordance with departmental guidelines, • Manage an assigned portfolio of client accounts to meet performance goals, • Review client banking accounts to verify available funds for settlements and company fees, • Collect, submit, and track required documentation for settlement approval and payment, • Verify funds, approve settlements, and resolve errors in coordination with Negotiators, • Perform accurate data entry across multiple systems, • Prepare reports and complete additional tasks as assigned by management Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, • Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency preferred, • Prior experience in collections or debt negotiation preferred, but not required, • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience using standard office equipment, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to prioritize and multitask, • Positive and professional demeanor, • Deadline and detail-oriented Compensation Includes: • Hourly Rate $19.00 DOE + Commission, • Paid Training, • Medical, Dental and Vision provided after 90 days., • Paid HolidaysCompany DescriptionWe believe consumers deserve dignity, transparency, and strong legal advocacy.
