This role offers flexible scheduling and a diverse case mix in a collaborative Care Team Model with 25 CRNAs and 19 MDs. Case Types: • General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, • Cardiac Ablations, Interventional Radiology, Neuro-Interventional Radiology, Neuro, Bronchoscopy, • Avg Monthly Cases: 1,800, • Shifts: Open to 8s, 10s, 12s, 14s, 16s, and 24-hour shifts, • Call Shifts:, • Weekday Beeper Call: 3:30 PM – 7:00 AM, • Weekend Call: 24-hour (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM) ✅ Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a CRNA (No recent graduates) ✅ Licensure: Active Florida License required ✅ Certifications: ACLS, Board Certified ✅ Malpractice History: No prior malpractice or background issues ✅ Location Restrictions: • No candidates who have worked for Envision within the past 12 months and live within 75 miles of the site, • No candidates who have worked at this site or an affiliated site in the past 24 months A call or Zoom interview with the Site Medical Director (SMD)/Clinical Leadership is required.
