Job DescriptionDescription: Operations Manager | Forney, TX Run the branch. Own the results. Build something that's yours. Infinity Texas Air has been Forney's home comfort company since 2010 — built from the ground up, still run by people who answer the phone, and backed by a customer base most shops would kill for. Not a sit-behind-a-desk role and not a caretaker seat. You'll run the day-to-day the way you'd run your own company — the board, the techs, the numbers, the customer experience — with the freedom to make the calls and a growing platform behind you when you need it. If you know residential HVAC cold, understand plumbing, and get a kick out of turning a good team into a great one, keep reading.
