Position overview: We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented Key Holder to support the Assistant Manager and store leadership team in driving daily operations at our flagship location. This role is essential in delivering a consistent and engaging customer experience, blending traditional retail responsibilities with the excitement of a pop culture-driven, immersive environment. As a Key Holder, you will lead by example on the sales floor, help uphold operational standards, and support fellow team members through coaching and collaboration. Responsibilities Guest Experience • Create the Vibe: Lead by example to create a welcoming, friendly, and inclusive environment. Daily Operations • Daily Operations: Open and close the store as scheduled, ensuring all equipment and areas are safe, clean, and operational., • Ticketing Platform Management: Experience with monitoring and successfully managing our ticketing platform to ensure that all ticket sales and inquiries are addressed in a timely manner when appropriate., • Experience Overview and Maintenance: Helps to monitor and maintain the experience, and general facilities. Understands the importance of taking quick action when identifying facilities maintenance issues and escalating to management., • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational standards., • Inventory Management: Helps manage all aspects of inventory for the experience including efficient merchandise management and loss prevention., • Policy & Procedure Compliance: Ensures the team adheres to all company policies, procedures, and directives, maintaining a well-organized and compliant operation. Retail Operations • Sales Goals: Shows up as a leader to Brand Ambassadors in helping to achieve sales goals and KPIs through effective merchandising and team motivation, • Retail & Experience: Ensure a seamless integration of retail and immersive elements to enhance the customer journey. Ensures that the visuals and cleanliness of the store is maintained., • Point of Sale: Training and coaching of store team members on all point of sale operations, • Promotions & Floor sets: Assists with seasonal floor set changes and promotional updates adhering to strict deadlines. Qualifications • 1+ years of experience in hospitality, attractions, entertainment, or customer service., • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills., • Proven ability to manage operations and lead a team in a high-traffic, guest-facing environment., • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities., • Reliable transportation to work., • Must be eligible to work in the US, • Must be 18 years of age or older, • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time., • Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds, • Frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching and reaching while resetting rooms and assisting Guests, • Ability to climb small ladders or step stools for room maintenance and setup, • Comfortable working in dim lighting, confined spaces, and themed environments that may include fog effects or light/sound elements, • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
