This role is crucial in ensuring all insurance requirements are properly handled, tracked, and kept in compliance throughout the duration of each project. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and process insurance certificates and documentation for subcontractors, vendors, and clients involved in construction projects. Review, verify, and track insurance documents to ensure compliance with project and company requirements. Communicate directly with subcontractors, vendors, insurance brokers, and clients to request, collect, and update insurance documents.
