Review and approve the engineering firms inspection reports, daily logs, and as-built documentation before acceptance into Stimulus records. Review the engineering firms construction-ready design packages (HLD, MLD, construction drawings) and validate they meet Stimulus network standards, material specifications, and preferred vendor requirements before releasing to construction. Team Leadership Directly manage and mentor Stimulus-employed Resident Engineers assigned to active projects. Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYThe Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing field operations on regionally based projects, crews, and scopes of work simultaneously to achieve timely and profitable completion.
