Job Description JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Field Service Technician will be responsible for supporting our Security Imaging CT (Computed Tomography) systems located at Las Vegas International Airport. In this position you will be responsible for building good relationships with the customers while performing a new system install, servicing an existing system or providing system maintenance in the field. It is important for the Field Support Technician to be organized and have excellent communication skills to support the customer and maintain communication with the corporate office. The right candidate for this position should have excellent time management skills and a willingness to learn. Our Field Support Technicians will be trained on our systems and receive support from managers and other Field Support Technicians, often remotely. There will be some travel to the corporate office in Binghamton, NY for trainings. To excel in this key role, you must be able communicate clearly.
