Job Description The Opportunity: The 3PL Receiving Coordinator is reporting to the Warehouse & Distribution Specialist (or his/her delegate), the 3PL Receiving Coordinator is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality, and coordinating daily logistics outbound operations involving third-party logistic providers. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the smooth operation of warehouse logistics. You Will: • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition., • Verify contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation., • Record and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies in a timely manner., • Accurately update the tracking system with received purchase orders., • Label and tag received items with appropriate identification., • Assist in organizing stock and placing items in designated storage locations by temperature level., • Communicate with suppliers, drivers, warehouse, and internal teams regarding delivery issues., • Monitor and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of logistics activities., • Track shipments, resolve issues, and escalate problems as needed., • Handle exceptions at the 3PL warehouse site and communicate as necessary (e.g. product identification)., • Follow company and 3PL warehouse safety policies and procedures., • Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the department., • Ensure the receiving area is clean, safe, and organized., • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment, including exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and statutory holidays., • Able to stand for extended periods to handle products, regularly moving and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds., • Able to work in low-temperature environments (0-4 °ree;C) and in freezing environments (-18 °ree;C) as needed., • Proficient with Microsoft Office, • Valid forklift or pallet Jack license is a plus, • Familiar with relevant tools and equipment, able to interpret product labels accurately., • Good communication skills in English, proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is advantageous., • Well-versed with workplace health and safety protocols., • Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience, • Proficient in organizing tasks and managing time effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks, • Great organization, problem-solving, interpersonal and customer service skills.
