Job Description Client: • Top-rated Engineering firm focused on the planning, design, and construction of Water/wastewater-related facilities & infrastructure in the US & Canada, • 100% employee-owned for close to 100 years, • Full Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, and 401K match, • Manage multiple water/wastewater projects involving treatment, distribution, collection, storage, and pumping systems., • Provide technical leadership and guide clients through all project phases to meet budget, schedule, and quality goals., • Oversee engineering tasks including design, cost estimates, bidding, construction support, and commissioning., • Conduct hydraulic modeling, process evaluations, and technical documentation., • Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and ensure QA/QC compliance., • Supervise and mentor engineers, designers, and technical staff., • Support recruitment and hiring of engineering personnel., • Manage sub-consultants and ensure their successful integration into projects., • Contribute to business development, including proposals, interviews, and client negotiations., • Build and maintain strong client relationships., • Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental Engineering, • Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas (or able to obtain within 6 months)., • 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering, with expertise in hydraulics and treatment plant design., • Proven track record managing projects from planning through construction, including budget, schedule, and quality oversight., • Broad knowledge of water, wastewater, stormwater, and reuse systems, including master planning and conveyances, • Master’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or Business Administration (+)., • Engaged in professional organizations via presentations, committee work, and leadership positions (+).
