Summary: The Sales Manager at Pacific Seafood is a key role on our Sales team supporting a district, the sales development of accounts, and team members assigned to the territory. This position manages Sales Representatives, develops key accounts, increases profitability, and exceeds customer expectations and is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, has strong interpersonal skills, and is a strategic thinker. Key Responsibilities1. Sales Performance Management: • Meet or exceed annual sales and profit targets as established by company guidelines., • Manage customer base to achieve targeted D & F percentage., • Understand and take advantage of competitor’s strengths and weaknesses., • Monitor and enforce policies, procedures, and service standards for the department, meeting company-defined standards and maximizing customer satisfaction.2.
