JOB SUMMARY: The Junior Carpenter / Millworker supports the Production team in the fabrication and assembly of scenic, architectural, and branded elements. This is an entry-level, hands-on role ideal for someone looking to build their skills in custom fabrication while learning from seasoned craftsmen and cross-functional teams. This role offers opportunities for advancement into Intermediate and Senior Carpenter/Millworker positions as skills, speed, and craftsmanship develop.
