Job Description Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator supports the company’s branding, business development, and sales efforts by creating and managing marketing materials that showcase our millwork capabilities, completed projects, and craftsmanship. This role works closely with leadership, project managers, estimators, and business development to ensure consistent, professional representation of the company across all channels. This is a hands-on execution role, ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and comfortable working in a construction/manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Branding & Marketing Materials • Maintain and update company marketing assets including:, • Brochures, line cards, and capability statements, • Project sheets and portfolios, • Presentation decks for GCs, architects, and owners, • Ensure brand consistency across all materials (logo usage, fonts, colors, tone), • Coordinate jobsite and completed-project photography, • Organize and maintain a digital library of project photos and videos, • Develop project case studies highlighting scope, challenges, and finished work, • Keep website content current (projects, capabilities, team, certifications), • Assist with basic SEO updates and content improvements, • Manage company social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), focusing on:, • Completed projects, • In-process work, • Company culture and shop capabilities, • Assist business development and estimating teams with:, • Proposal visuals, • Interview decks, • Prequalification packages, • Track and organize pursuit materials and client presentations, • Maintain CRM or client contact lists (if applicable), • Support internal announcements, milestones, and company updates, • Assist with employer branding and recruiting materials, • Help document company processes, capabilities, and growth initiatives Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience), • 1–3 years of marketing or communications experience (construction, manufacturing, or B2B preferred), • Strong organizational and project management skills, • Experience in construction, millwork, manufacturing, or AEC industries, • Proficiency with:, • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), • Canva and/or PowerPoint, • Website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar), • Basic photography or video editing knowledge a plus, • Up-to-date, professional marketing materials, • Strong, organized project photo library, • Improved consistency and quality of proposals and presentations, • Increased brand visibility with architects, designers, and GCs, • Positive internal feedback from sales, estimating, and leadership teams Why This Role Matters The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in turning great millwork into compelling visuals and stories that help win work, strengthen relationships, and position the company as a high-quality, reliable partner.
