Job Description Front End Manager Duties: -Managing the daily activities of Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks in an effort to ensure compliance with all operating policies and procedures. • Work with Store Manager to maintain cash controls -Maintain quality customer service on the front-end of the store by anticipating customer needs and addressing and resolving any customer issues that might arise. -Responsible for Western Union sales and Compliance. -Handling Voids -Designate breaks for Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks and schedule for Store Inspections -General Front Office work including but not limited to: pickup, retrieval and reconciliation of funds and coupons. • Maintains and monitors retailer statements and credits.
