We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, set clear expectations, and help elevate performance as our current GM is moving away in March. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor with their team, leading by example, and creating accountability through strong communication and consistent follow-through. About the Role The General Manager reports directly to the Owner and works closely with HR (who handles payroll, benefits, and compliance). You will have full operational authority with owner support, including staffing, scheduling, training, discipline, ordering, and daily execution. This role is approximately 50% leadership and 50% hands-on. There is minimal administrative work the focus is on people, process, and performance.
