Your Mission: The Director of Assisted Living and Memory Support provides leadership and oversight for the Assisted Living and Memory Support programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, high-quality resident care, and operational excellence. The role fosters resident independence and satisfaction, develops strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, and builds an engaged, high-performing team while supporting census growth and budget management. Strategic and Operational Leadership • Directs the day-to-day operations of the Assisted Living and Memory Support units in compliance with federal, state (Arizona), and local regulations., • Ensures services are resident-centered and aligned with the organization's mission and quality standards., • Oversees census development strategies, admissions/discharges, and overall occupancy performance., • Ensures documentation, medication administration, and service delivery meet licensing and clinical standards., • Monitors resident conditions, care plans, and medical records, including controlled substances, to ensure ongoing compliance and timely updates., • Provide strong, values-based leadership that models accountability, engagement, and collaboration., • In partnership with Senior Director, recruit, hire, and onboard team members, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and culture., • Support employee growth through coaching, feedback, training, and professional development opportunities., • Maintains proactive communication with residents and families, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns., • Conducts regular rounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory adherence across all departments., • Monitors and reports key metrics such as falls, hospital transfers, medication errors, and emergency calls., • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing or related field, • Current Assisted Living Facility Manager certification, • 5 to 7 years of progressive leadership experience in assisted living, memory support, or senior care services, • Current RN or LPN license (preferred), • Comprehensive health benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision)., • 401k with immediate vesting and up to 4% employer match., • Tuition Reimbursement., • Exclusive discounts through The Employee Network.
