Compliance & Regulatory * Regulatory Filings: Assist with the preparation and tracking of various regulatory filings, license applications, and periodic reports required by federal and state agencies. * Policy Review: Review and assist in the drafting or revision of internal hospital policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory changes. * Subpoena and Records: Process and coordinate responses to subpoenas, public information requests, and medical record requests, ensuring strict adherence to privacy laws.
