The Operations Partner will work with our local City Operations Manager to manage our fleet of e-scooters in New York City, NY to ensure it stays maintained and deployed to meet the transportation needs of the community. Summary of Role The Director / VP will be responsible for leading capital markets activities spanning across capital raising and execution, with a primary focus on the origination, structuring, and execution of tax equity and other tax-efficient financing vehicles. Strategic & Tactical • Lead the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of tax equity, transactions and other tax-efficient financing vehicles with external stakeholders, • Develop and nurture relationships with tax equity investors and identify new sources of tax equity capital, • Oversee the development and execution of Excel financial models to support tax equity transactions and other capital funding activities, • Execute tax equity and financing transactions from initial investor engagement through negotiations, document review, due diligence, and closing, • Oversee reporting associated with Palmetto Finance to key financial stakeholders, • Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Treasury, Asset Management, and Accounting to ensure partnership and transparency on all things Palmetto Finance, • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key banks and external partners, • Is highly attuned to customer needs and requirements, and can anticipate their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives, • Contribute to broader capital markets activities based on experience and business needs.
