Job Description Law Weapons, a small firearms manufacturer in Aurora, IL. We build custom firearms for law enforcement and responsible citizens, do gunsmithing, and run job-shop work for other firearms companies. It's a hands-on shop — no cubicles, no committees, no slide decks. You'll work directly with me and see your parts go from CAD to chip to finished product the same week. I'm hiring because we're growing and I need someone who can actually own parts start-to-finish, not a button-pusher. The Job You'll be the person who takes a part from design through finished, in-spec product on our Haas machines. That means CAD work in Fusion 360 and SolidWorks, CAM programming, building fixtures, setting up jobs, running first articles, and holding tight tolerances. You'll also help me improve the shop as we scale — better tooling library, better fixturing standards, better processes. This is real work, not a checklist.
