Job DescriptionDescription: HR Coordinator/Recruiter An HR Coordinator/Recruiter plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department by handling day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact for Team Member queries. While specific duties can vary by organization size and industry, this role typically focuses on record-keeping, recruitment, and Team Member relations. This is 100% in office (Everett, WA.) position Core Administrative Tasks • Maintain and update personnel records: Organize Team Member files, track changes in personal information (e.g., address, emergency contacts), and ensure data accuracy in HR databases or systems like HRIS., • Manage HR documentation: Prepare and distribute documents such as employment contracts, onboarding guides, offer letters, and compensation lists., • Update internal databases: Enter and verify Team Member data, including hiring details, performance reviews, and termination records, to keep systems current.Recruitment and Onboarding Support, • Hiring processes: Recruit, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks., • Facilitate onboarding: Schedule and coordinate the onboarding process.Team Member Relations and Queries, • Handle HR inquiries: Act as the first point of contact for Team Member questions via email, phone, or in-person, addressing topics like benefits, policies, and payroll issues with confidentiality., • Support benefits administration: Manage enrollment in health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks; track changes and communicate updates.Reporting and Compliance, • Prepare HR reports: Compile data on metrics like headcount, turnover rates, or training attendance for management review., • Ensure policy compliance: Update company policies to align with labor laws, organize training sessions on topics like diversity or safety, and assist in auditing records for legal adherence.General Support Duties, • Coordinate meetings and events: Take minutes during HR meetings, schedule training or team-building activities, and handle logistics for HR-related events.
