Job Description About Motorsport Network Motorsport Network is a global motorsport and automotive media company undergoing a bold transformation. We’re evolving from a legacy publisher into a creator-first, content-powered, experiential brand—with ambitious growth plans in the US across F1, NASCAR, and IndyCar. We operate like a startup: lean, fast-moving, and resourceful. With investments in a state-of-the-art NYC studio, creator-led platforms, and live racing experiences like Race Center Live, we’re building a next-gen media model for a new generation of fans. The Role We’re seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead our US revenue strategy across digital, social, studio, branded content, events, and experiential. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build and scale from zero, lead by example, and motivate teams without relying on large budgets or legacy infrastructure. You’ll architect the go-to-market strategy, roll up your sleeves to close key deals, and collaborate across teams to package, price, and deliver compelling, multi-platform sponsorships and partnerships. What You’ll Do • Own global revenue growth: Build and execute the commercial strategy across digital, social, video, experiential, and events., • Lead and inspire a small but high-output sales team, driving accountability, creativity, and performance., • Develop new monetization models around creator-led content, live interactive formats, social media focused revenue, and high-impact branded content., • Partner cross-functionally with studio, programming, editorial, and marketing teams to craft integrated, sellable solutions., • Build trusted relationships with brands and agencies targeting Gen Z and Millennial audiences across motorsport and lifestyle., • Establish operational excellence in pipeline management, forecasting, KPIs, and deal execution—with a startup mindset., • 10–15+ years in media, digital, creator economy, or branded content sales—preferably in high-growth or turnaround environments., • Proven ability to lead small teams to big results, navigating ambiguity, limited resources, and fast-changing priorities., • A builder at heart—comfortable owning strategy but also jumping in to execute and close., • Strong network of senior contacts across brands and agencies, especially those active in sports, entertainment, youth culture, and consumer tech., • Deep understanding of modern media: streaming, social, influencers, experiential, and branded storytelling., • Experience in motorsport, esports, gaming, or youth lifestyle media is a major plus., • Shape the future of motorsport media at a critical inflection point., • Lead a lean, empowered team with high creative freedom., • Sell unique, premium products: Race Center Live, studio content, creator campaigns, and global events like the Autosport Awards and ABX., • Competitive base + performance-based bonus - OTE of $250K to $450K, • Equity opportunity as US business scales, • Hybrid work environment based in NYC Powered by JazzHR PbjYJduYg2
