Scope of the Role The Social Commerce Marketing Specialist (TikTok) manages the company’s day to day marketing within TikTok Seller Center that drives growth with a key focus on driving revenue through creator partnerships, LIVE shopping activations, and shop campaigns. This role is responsible for identifying high-performing creators, overseeing campaign execution, and optimizing performance within the platform to meet GMV targets. This position works cross-functionally to align efforts across marketing with key product priorities and provide insights that support broader marketing and sales strategies. Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities • Ability to communicate and partner with external representatives at TikTok, both domestically and internationally., • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to support long-term, high-performing partnerships., • Develop and implement influencer campaign strategies that align with key promotional periods and revenue targets., • Monitor affiliate application health, onboarding funnel, and creator engagement levels., • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to grow Best Choice Products TikTok LIVE, both in-house and with Creators remotely to highlight top-priority products., • Collaborate with creators to ensure accurate product education and strong audience engagement during live sessions., • Analyze real-time and post-campaign performance data to optimize future TikTok strategies., • Track GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and affiliate sales performance through TikTok Seller Center and external analytics tools., • Optimize and execute strategies across platform Marketing tools and features within campaigns, promotions, shop ads, and CRM to maximize revenue potential., • Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards that provide insight into campaign effectiveness, creator ROI, and growth opportunities., • Share actionable insights with Creative and Channel teams to influence ad amplification, product prioritization, and content production., • Continuously refine the content marketing approach through testing and data analysis to meet or exceed sales goals., • Clearly communicate campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables while providing creative guidance and product training., • Ensure all platform content (in-house & creator) aligns with brand voice, product positioning, and conversion best practices., • Gather feedback from creators, customers, TikTok, and internal cross functional teams to implement improvements to strengthen campaign results., • Share performance trends, audience insights to optimize marketing messaging and product content., • Partner with internal teams to align on product priorities, launch schedules, promotional windows, and platform operations, • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred., • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with 2+ years in creator and affiliate marketing within an integrated performance marketing/e-commerce team (DTC & Amazon Marketplace preferred), • Deep knowledge of TikTok’s creator ecosystem, commerce features, and TikTok LIVE best practices., • Experience with Lark, Discord, and other community messaging platforms preferred., • Experience working directly in Shopify and/or Amazon Seller Central, • Experience within Affiliate platforms such as Impact, Commission Junction, Pepperjam/Ascend, etc, • Familiarity with CRM tools like Klaviyo, Yotpo, Attentive, • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and making data-driven decisions., • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple creator partnerships and campaign timelines simultaneously., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail., • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment with shifting priorities., • Passionate about influencer trends, content strategy, and short-form video commerce. The base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000-$80,000 USD annually. You will also be eligible to participate in BCP’s benefits and bonus programs. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills and experience.
