Key Responsibilities Client Intake, Qualification & Conversion • Serve as the first point of contact for new inquiries via email, phone, website, and third-party platforms, • Confidently communicate the firm’s services, scope, process, and value to prospective clients, • Conduct initial intake conversations to gather relevant information and assess fit, • Exercise judgment to vet, set, refer, or decline inquiries in alignment with firm standards, • Ensure scheduled meetings are purposeful and appropriate, protecting attorney time, • Own and manage the firm’s primary inbox and assigned executive communications, • Resolve matters independently whenever possible and escalate only when attorney input is required, • Draft clear, professional responses and ensure consistent tone and follow-through, • Coordinate media inquiries, speaking engagements, podcasts, and interviews, • Support scheduling, preparation, and follow-up for public-facing engagements, • Assist with travel, events, conferences, and operational logistics, • Support billing and invoicing processes, tracking payments and documentation as needed, • Paralegal or legal administrative background required, • 3+ years of experience in a legal assistant, executive assistant, intake, or operations-focused role, • Strong understanding of law firm intake, client communication, and case flow, • Excellent written communication skills and professional judgment, • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities, • Ability to anticipate needs, make decisions, and take ownership, • Experience with Lawmatics or similar legal CRM systems is a plus Work Environment & Compensation • Full-time, hybrid preferred or remote optional position, results-oriented firm mindset, • Core availability during standard business hours, • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience:, • $60,000–$70,000 for solid, experienced legal intake / EA candidates, • Up to $80,000 for candidates with strong law firm intake judgment, CRM ownership, and executive support maturity, • Eligibility for incentive or performance-based bonuses, • Paid time off and holidays, • Health insurance (100% employee coverage), • 401k plan Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why this role is a meaningful next step in your career. Responsibilities include: • Provide the direct care for all assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of all communications with appropriate care team members including pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, home patient representatives/care partner and any appropriate community resource staff members., • Evaluate and education patient/care partner to safely administer the home infusion therapy and provide additional instruction as indicated., • Evaluate the home environment where the care is to be provided and identify interventions that may be required to render the home care environment safe and appropriate for the prescribed care., • Develop in conjunction with other team members the plan of care and evaluate response to therapy with each encounter., • Develop and maintain caseload scheduling via company approved platform per company policy. Communicate any scheduling changes on an as needed basis to appropriate team members., • Coordinate care via approved company platform, • Document all communications at time of service as appropriate per Soleo policy., • Strong knowledge of therapies provided by Soleo., • Work in conjunction with appropriate departments to ensure all required patient documents are completed and returned to the branch office within acceptable timeframe., • Ensures timely submission of plan of treatments as required by states guideline. Schedule: • Must be able to work Per Diem, 10-12 hours per week - variable schedule to include: Days/evenings/weekends as needed, • Must be able to drive up to 40 miles to see patients in their homes (we offer mileage reimbursement and hourly rate of pay- even when driving!), • Must have knowledge and have used IV access devices to include: IV lines, accessing ports, and administration of infusion medications, • Must be comfortable providing infusions to patients in their homes, • Must be licensed as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania Requirements: • RN Degree, BSN Preferred, • Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required., • Administrative Oversight: Responsible for providing administrative oversight, including monitoring of workflows, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing resources efficiently to meet organizational objectives., • Emergency Availability: Must be available to respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of issues to minimize impact on operations. Availability during non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the nature of the emergency. (during your work hours), • Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy preferred., • Current nursing license for applicable home state, • Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred., • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite., • Valid state issued driver’s license with no significant restrictions on that license.
