    Job Title: Office Manager / Office Assistant (Entry Level) Location: Yonkers, NY About Us New Classic Restoration LLC - Construction-based company in NYC. We manage 3-4 jobs a year and have around 10 employees. We renovate both residential and commercial areas, in both modern and traditional style Role Overview Weโ€™re looking for a motivated recent college graduate to help run our office. This is an entryโ€‘level hybrid role combining administrative support, basic accounting/bookkeeping tasks, client coordination, and light project administration. Great opportunity to learn construction/fabrication business operations and grow into more responsibility. Key Responsibilities โ€ข Greet clients and manage incoming calls and emails, โ€ข Schedule appointments, site visits, and manage calendars, โ€ข Prepare and send proposals, invoices, and basic correspondence, โ€ข Assist with bookkeeping: track expenses, reconcile receipts, assist with A/P and A/R using QuickBooks or similar, โ€ข Maintain project files, permits, and subcontractor documentation, โ€ข Order office and shop supplies; coordinate deliveries, โ€ข Support project coordination between shop and field teams (scheduling, basic followโ€‘ups), โ€ข Light data entry and document prep (PDFs, simple drafting of letters/RFIs), โ€ข Preferrably Bilingual as we communicate in both English and Spanish, โ€ข Recent college graduate (preferred) or 0โ€“3 years of office/admin experience, โ€ข Organized, reliable, and professional demeanor, โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills, โ€ข Comfortable working in a small, active shop/office environment, โ€ข Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), email; QuickBooks experience a plus, โ€ข Able to prioritize tasks and work independently, โ€ข Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation preferred
