Job Description Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Seattle-area job sites + SODO office (Hybrid) Compensation: $130,000–$140,000 base + equity, full benefits We’re hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee both pre-construction and on-site execution for new single-family and multifamily projects. This role partners closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget projects while supporting sustainable building practices.
