The Business/Office Manager will play a central role in upholding that community by ensuring families feel supported and operations run smoothly. The Business/Office Manager plays a vital role in the daily life of our school, ensuring smooth operations and providing the organizational backbone that allows teaching and learning to flourish. This individual is both a steward of the school’s financial and administrative systems and a welcoming presence for families, staff, and visitors. Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage the daily operations of the school office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment., • Oversee financial processes, including tuition billing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and budget tracking., • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and compliance documentation in alignment with school policies and accreditation standards., • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, staff, and vendors, representing Paragon with professionalism and warmth., • Support school communication, coordinating between faculty, administration, and families., • Partner with the Head of School on scheduling, reporting, and strategic projects., • Oversee office systems, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations., • Assist with planning and logistics for community events such as Parent Nights, coffees, and school-wide celebrations., • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred., • Previous experience in office management, business operations, or school administration required., • Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and office applications., • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build positive relationships with families, staff, and partners., • Warm, approachable, and committed to fostering a strong sense of community., • A collaborative team player who supports colleagues and celebrates collective success., • Dependable, with the ability to balance flexibility and structure.
