Staff nurse responsibilities include providing for the emotional, medical, and physical needs of Danville’s consumers and improving their quality of life by observing, documenting, reporting, taking action and following-up on their health, safety, and medical needs, and implementing medical recommendations made by the team and the RN House Manager. Staff nurses provide nursing services under the direction of the RN House Manager and are required to stay within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience • RN Degree (AD, BSN or MSN) or LPN from an accredited school of nursing, • Must be able to pass a criminal background/fingerprint and central registry check, • Must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and an insurable driving record, • Nursing license must be valid in the State of AZ with no adverse actions, • Must have good interpersonal communication skills, • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, • Basic keyboarding and computer skills, • Must have an unencumbered nursing license Physical Demands and Working Conditions mrvhhijzWe
