Job Description We are seeking a Console Operator to support our client’s security team protecting our client’s critical energy infrastructure that powers millions. As a Console Operator, you’ll serve as the front line of real‐time security operations inside their state-of-the-art command center. 3 Year Onsite Assignment in Charlotte, NC What You’ll Do • Monitor electronic security systems, video surveillance, and intrusion detection, • Triage alarms and assess potential threats, • Control facility access across multiple high‐security locations, • Support emergency communications and enterprise notifications, • Solid multitasking and communication skills, • High reliability, discretion, and attention to detail, • Ability to stay focused and composed during high‐pressure events, • Tech‐savvy, fast‐learning professionals, • This role involves prolonged periods of sitting and performing work at a computer.
