We hope you'll join our team The Opportunity Chaparral Medical Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate ENT Physician (Otolaryngologist) to join our multi-specialty team. This is a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for patients with conditions of the ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck structures. As an ENT physician, you will diagnose and treat a wide range of disorders, from common infections and allergies to complex head and neck surgeries. With access to advanced diagnostics, a collaborative care environment, and a strong referral network, you'll have the tools and support to deliver outstanding patient care and grow your practice. What You'll Do • Diagnose and treat a full spectrum of ear, nose, and throat disorders, including sinusitis, allergies, infections, voice disorders, and hearing loss, • Perform both outpatient and surgical procedures, including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, endoscopic sinus surgery, tympanoplasty, and head and neck tumor resections, • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests such as audiograms, CT scans, and laryngoscopy, • Develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication, surgery, or ongoing therapy, • Provide postoperative care and long-term follow-up for surgical patients, • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including primary care, oncology, audiology, speech therapy, and other specialists to deliver coordinated patient care, • Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies, • Stay up to date with the latest evidence-based practices and advances in otolaryngology through continuing education and/or participation in clinical research, • Participate in on-call rotations and emergency consults as needed, • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school (required), • Completion of residency in Otolaryngology (required), • Board Certification or Eligibility in Otolaryngology from the American Board of Otolaryngology (required), • Valid medical license to practice in California (required), • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills, • Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination, • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, • A collaborative team player with a commitment to high-quality, compassionate care
