Job Description THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE - In Office 3-4 days per week in Ontario, CA is Required We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal / Case Manager with a minimum of three years of hands-on California personal injury experience to join our team in a hybrid-remote role. This position requires a strong working knowledge of California personal injury law, pre-litigation and litigation procedures, and the ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload while meeting clearly defined performance expectations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment, managing deadlines, and handling cases from intake through resolution with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities • Manage a full pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement, including ongoing client communication, medical treatment coordination, records management, and insurance correspondence, • Manage a limited number of litigation cases in coordination with supervising attorneys, • Draft and prepare California discovery, including but not limited to Form Interrogatories (FROGS), Special Interrogatories (SROGS), Requests for Production, Requests for Admission, and responses thereto, • Draft pleadings and litigation-related documents such as motions, discovery motions, meet and confer letters, and other procedural filings under California rules, • Track and calendar all deadlines in compliance with California Code of Civil Procedure and local court rules, • Review, analyze, and summarize medical records, billing, liens, and insurance information, • Assist with discovery compliance, follow-ups, and document management, • Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, defense counsel, medical providers, and internal team members, • Maintain accurate and well-organized electronic case files in the firm’s case management system, • Minimum of three years of recent experience as a personal injury paralegal or case manager handling California personal injury cases, • Strong working knowledge of California personal injury laws, procedures, and deadlines, • Demonstrated experience drafting discovery, including FROGS, SROGS, Requests for Production, and Requests for Admission, • Experience drafting motions and litigation-related documents in California cases, • Ability to manage a pre-suit caseload while supporting litigation matters simultaneously, • High level of organization and exceptional attention to detail, • Comfortable working in a hybrid, performance-based environment with measurable KPIs, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet strict deadlines This is a hybrid-remote position. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection, a dedicated workspace, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting. This role is KPI-driven, and success is measured by productivity, accuracy, timeliness, and quality of work.
