We are currently looking for a talented individual preferably based in the New Jersey/New York area to manage the independent customer base throughout the Metro NY – working together with a supportive merchandiser team. Position Summary: The RCM (Regional Customer Manager) is responsible for managing and executing all retail sales initiatives within the NY area, i.e. volume, revenue, market share, and corporate initiatives. The RCM works in a collaborative manner with all functions within the company such as Customer Service, Operations, Marketing and Revenue Finance to exceed volume and revenue targets. Primary Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales plan and budgets that aligns company & distributor strategies/tactics to achieve Business Targets: Volume, Revenue, Market Share and ACV., • Analyze monthly customer performance and DC to determine areas for improvement., • Present category management data to customers, • Assist in development of customer pricing protocols, • Identify, develop, recommend, implement and measure action plans that benefit the customer and the company, • Influence account activities in all areas to support company objective, • Manage Marketing Development Funds/ Budgets, • Manage, coordinate, modify and tailor forecasting/planning processes to customers (distributors) in order to maximize production and customer service and minimize costs., • Work and collaborate with in-store personnel and retail operations to improve in-store practices, handling / merchandising., • Review new business proposals and develop pricing recommendations., • Assist with product pricing strategy and P&L development', • Develop accurate monthly volume and sales forecast, • Fulfill Sales Dept. requests for product information and develop sales presentations, • 5 years of direct and/or indirect selling experience within a consumer-packaged goods company, with an emphasis in Perishables., • Strong knowledge of NY Metro retailers as well as Distributors, • Experience with Category Management, • Strong communication, selling and negotiating skills., • Understanding of value selling, promoting and selling products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the day-to-day supervision of Processors and Junior Processors. Provide service and quality processing of loan files in accordance with FHA, State, and Investor regulations, assuring the marketable quality of each loan. The Processing Manager will report to the Director of Retail Operations. Responsibilities: • Manage and coach a team consisting of 15-20 Processors, Supervisors, and Team Leads, • Maintain thorough knowledge of LBF’s programs, policies, procedures, and terminology applicable to FHA Loans, • Ensure compliance with LBF’s policies and secondary market requirements pertaining to credit standards and regulation for FHA and Proprietary loans, • Train, assist, coach, supervise, and support departmental team members, • Act as a liaison between the Underwriting Department, Sales, and other Longbridge Financial Mortgage departments, • Collaborate with Loan Officers, Account Executives, Partners, Borrowers, Underwriters, Closers, AMCs, and title companies, • Monitor the pipeline daily to ensure files move efficiently, • Develop strategies to improve processes and enhance workflow, • Review and assist processors with conditions as needed, • Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions and feedback to Leadership, • Provide positive and motivating support to the team, • Attend and host daily and weekly meetings, • Coordinate with Supervisors and Team Leads on training needs, • Oversee hiring and terminations, • Communicate and interact with other department managers, as well as the recruiting department, to ensure staffing needs align with capacity plans and profit/loss expectations, • Perform other duties as assigned, • Work well under pressure, meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines, and demonstrate professional behavior with colleagues and management Qualifications Skills / Qualifications • Reverse mortgage retail processing experience required, • Strong knowledge of all State and Federal regulations including but not limited to RESPA/TILA, Reg B, etc., • Prior experience with interviewing, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations, • 5-10 years Management experience highly preferred, • May require long hours/overtime at certain times of the month, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Strong time management and prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines, • A “Can Do” attitude with high energy and self-motivation, • Travel required multiple times a year Additional Information • Full benefits, • 401(k) with company match, • Paid time off, • Working in a growing and dynamic industry, • LBF is an EEO/AA/Vet/Disabled Employe
